Started in May and finished in August 2024, the project involved installing key components like a static voltage stabilizer, main distribution board, automatic transfer switch, generator, and feeder pillar. This work underscores our commitment to delivering top-quality MEP solutions in Rwanda, bolstering UGHE’s infrastructure and supporting its educational mission.

The electrical installation encompasses the setup of wiring, switches, outlets, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, and other electrical devices. The installation of low current systems such as data networks, security systems, fire alarm systems, audiovisual systems, and other low-power electrical installations.

Touch Africa residence has 44 units in its 8 storeys, It provides luxurious and comfortable accommodations for Kigali city�s ever growing demographic. The concept we established while working on the electrical systems designs of this building; We introduced the KNX building information system, one of the recent technologies in Building Management System (BMS). We wanted the building to achieve the maximum security and safety of the property as well as environmental protection. This green building in the city uses solar energy to power itself.
